Before Booking Please Note:

A deposit equal to the first night of your reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival will result in the deposit being non-refundable. If you are bringing an RV, please ensure the site dimensions can accommodate your rig size before booking. Pinewood Cove Resort is not responsible if your RV does not fit due to an incorrect or missing rig size entered during the reservation process.

Please note, a one-time $5.00 USD Online Booking Fee will be applied to all reservations. In addition, all credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee. Pets are welcome at Pinewood Cove Resort for a daily fee of $10.00 USD per pet for campsite reservations or $25.00 USD per pet for cabin reservations. Pets may not be left unattended at any time. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and any applicable charges will be applied to the card on file. Cabin reservations are also subject to a one-time $45.00 USD Cleaning & Sanitization Fee to help ensure each cabin is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and restored following each stay.
